20,000 Steps and I Feel Great on My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2020

I just finished running through a Walmart grocery store because I didn’t know that I had 2 minutes to shop. They recently changed their hours, and didn’t notify me.

The advantage of all this lockdown, is that we have much better air quality.

Today was the beginning of the Drive-Thru COVID-19 testing, and Kaweah Delta Medical Center has taken over a downtown street.

I was walking through downtown when all the signs and barricades were being erected.

I walked through the downtown testing area more than a few times, and only witnessed 3 cars driving through.

It’s funny that all security and hospital administrators are walking around without and protection, but a few feet away, the testers are dressed for viral warfare.

Another business was closing shop for good tonight, and they had been a successful business for more than a few decades.

I scored an #automaticwin this morning, and I just kept walking throughout the day when I found time.

I did another 200 @actifit push-ups today, and I did a set in front of the COVID-19 testing area.

I just hope Downtown Visalia recovers after all the craziness.
