Ludkas cherry - chocolate cake with raisins (also goes without for those who do not like, or with cranberries).

I put in the food processor 280 g flour, 1 pck baking soda, 3 eggs, 230 g sugar, 1 pck lemon zest , juice of half lemon, 1 pck bourbon vanilla natural flavor, 180 ml canola oil , pinch of salt, 70 ml of morello compote juice, Mixed everything well and at the end added drained morello cherries, 2 tablespoons raisins and 100 g of chopped chocolate, mixed and put the dough in a greased mold (I used a square one this time) and baked at 185 C circa 50 minutes.

Sprinkled with powdered sugar and the cake was ready!
Nice and juicy... as it should be.
