My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2024

Most of these steps came from a run/walk around my neighborhood. Years ago, I used to jog around my neighborhood. It's about a mile around and I was up two 2.5 laps at one point. For some reason I got out of the habit.

I've never been a big fan of running (I prefer biking or swimming) but at a minimum I'm trying to get back in the habit of at least walking around the neighborhood on a regular basis and mixing in at least a little running. That's what I did last night, alternating running and walking.

The photo above is our Christmas tree this year. It's our first year using an artificial tree. I kind of miss having a real tree but I'm pretty satisfied with how it turned out.
