Saludos queridos lectores, continúo introduciendo más contenido a esta grandiosa comunidad en esta oportunidad les escribiré sobre el Complejo Urbanístico Parque Central, el cual se encuentra ubicado en Caracas, Venezuela, exactamente en El Conde, municipio Libertador. Esta es una de las construcciones más icónicas de Venezuela y forma parte de la historia de América Latina.

This is one of the most iconic buildings in Venezuela and is part of the history of Latin America.
Central Park Urban Complex / Complejo Urbanístico Parque Central
Este Complejo Urbanístico posee un centro comercial, una zona residencial, cultural, recreacional y una parte de desarrollo financiero, su construcción comenzó en el año 1969 cuando se presentó el proyecto de construcción, con lo que fueron los edificios residenciales, y se inaugura en 1983, fue reconocido por sus características arquitectónicas, como poseer los dos edificios más altos del país y de América Latina hasta el 2003.
This Urban Complex has a commercial center, a residential, cultural and recreational area and a part of financial development, its construction began in 1969 when the construction project was presented, with what were the residential buildings, and was inaugurated in 1983, it was recognized for its architectural features, as having the two tallest buildings in the country and Latin America until 2003.
The Twin Towers and residential buildings / Las Torres Gemelas y edificios residenciales
El atractivo arquitectónico se encuentra en toda la zona, pero sus principales protagonistas son los rascacielos llamados “Las Torres Gemelas de Parque Central” los cuales tienen un diseño desarrollado por los arquitectos Henrique Siso Maury y Daniel Fernández Shaw. Se puede observar el espacio externo de estas torres como están cubiertas de cristales oscuros refractivos que le dan un diseño muy vistoso, también en las partes inferiores se encuentran pasillos y calles con árboles y un diseño de camineros muy prácticos.
The architectural attraction is found throughout the area, but its main protagonists are the skyscrapers called "The Twin Towers of Central Park" which have a design developed by architects Henrique Siso Maury and Daniel Fernandez Shaw. You can see the external space of these towers as they are covered with dark refractive glass that give it a very colorful design, also in the lower parts there are corridors and streets with trees and a design of very practical walkways.

Las Torres Gemelas poseen una altura de: 255 metros la Torre Este siendo la más alta, y 225 metros la Torre Oeste, estas cuentan con 64 niveles, y estos son sedes de oficinas de entes gubernamentales y privados. En lo particular son los edificios más altos que he visto, y cuando los vi me imaginaba como era posible crear algo tan grande y entendí que son estructuras para compartir con el mundo.

El complejo está dividido en dos zonas, la primera es la Zona 1 en la cual se encuentran las estructuras residenciales El Tejar, Mohedano, San Martín y Anauco, como también la Torre Este. Y la Zona 2 posee la Torre Oeste y las edificaciones residenciales Tacagua, Caraota, Catuche y Tajamar. Entre estas dos zonas se encuentran una variedad de museos, academias, sedes de Bancos, lugares recreativos y hasta un hotel, convirtiéndolo en uno de los desarrollos urbanos más imponentes de América Latina.
The complex is divided into two zones, the first is Zone 1 in which are the residential structures El Tejar, Mohedano, San Martin and Anauco, as well as the East Tower. And Zone 2 has the West Tower and the residential buildings Tacagua, Caraota, Catuche and Tajamar. Logre entrar a la Torre Oeste que se encuentra en la Zona 2 del complejo, esta se encontraba con buen estado en su estructura, sin embargo, está abandonada en los servicios de mantenimiento de áreas, sin bombillos o fuentes de luz, con un interior oscuro, y mucho espacio desaprovechado, me pareció un área insegura en los lugares de las plantas bajas donde las personas que van de paso puedan estar. Mientras que la Torre Este si cuenta con más mantenimiento y vigilancia en sus áreas.
I managed to enter the West Tower which is located in Zone 2 of the complex, this was in good condition in its structure, however, is abandoned in the maintenance services areas, without light bulbs or light sources, with a dark interior, and much wasted space, I found an unsafe area in places delas first floors where people who are passing through may be. While the East Tower has more maintenance and surveillance in their areas.

Finalizo diciéndoles que es l primera vez que visito una obra arquitectónica de esta magnitud, me pareció que el trabajo realizado por los constructores y creadores de este complejo fue magnifico, y me siento muy orgulloso de contar con este complejo y sea referente del casco central de la capital de mi país y poder compartirlo con ustedes.
Aunque gran parte de la investigación plasmada es conseguida a través del método de observación e indagación cuando visite el edificio, también use como fuente wikipedia.
