"My View & Position"
For me it's pretty clear. There is not any 'stolen' funds at all. This so called ninjamine stake has not even been 'kidnapped' whatsoever. The only thing that has been done is to immobilize it provisionally and for a short time. Its access, mobility and disposition will be returned to his owner as soon as possible. Most probably right after March 6th, 2020.
What indeed has been done though. Is to temporarily prevent the obvious, feasible and highly negative impact that its misuse could have had in the detriment of the rest of the community. Steem Stake hodlers (yeah big and small), developers and entrepreneurs who have invested money, time and a big deal of effort building their crap on the Steem blockchain and a great deal of underdogs who like me devote a helluva time, effort, blood, sweat & tears writing nonsense like this post with the hopes to earn a couple of cents to be able to eat and put something on their tables.
Is this clear enough this way or do you need it even clearer?
Yes, I could certainly accompany my cranky and controversial words with some images, videos and figurines as usual to further clarify the situation. But I think I'll put only one pic here below to finish this short article.
Because I bet you wouldn't understand its meaning anyway.
