One night when I wanted to spend the weekend, I went to the Alue Awe area, Lhokseumawe City. In this area there is a cafe that I often hang out with when I was still studying at the campus in the Alue Awe area.
Indeed, in this area there are several private campuses and state campuses, so this is the center of the higher education area. In the morning and at night, many young people hang out at this cafe.
They sit at this cafe to hang out, finish their homework (college assignments), or just spend the night enjoying coffee and various other types of fresh drinks. This cafe area is indeed made open, without side walls, so it looks more comfortable to hang out here.
This is Culture Coffee, one of the cafes where students hang out. They provide Gayo coffee drinks and also a number of fresh drinks. They also provide a number of foods, such as burgers, nuggets, french fries, fried tempeh, dimsum and also Mie Aceh.
This time I ordered Mie Aceh, the typical noodle from Aceh is yellow flour noodles cooked with Acehnese processed spices and rich in spices. There are 2 types of noodles, flour noodles with a larger size are Acehnese noodles.
Meanwhile, noodles with a smaller size and curly shape are Instant noodles. However, even though they are different, these two noodles are prepared with Acehnese noodle seasoning.
The special noodle seasoning makes the noodles colorful, the mixture of shallots, red chilies, garlic, candlenuts, fried coconut and other spices makes the Acehnese noodle seasoning delicious and rich in taste. Mie Aceh is one of the mainstay menus sold in a number of cafes in Aceh.
Of these two noodles, I like Aceh noodles the most, flour noodles with a soft texture and covered with delicious spices. To enjoy these noodles while they are still warm, it would be great to enjoy them with fresh drinks, such as pulled tea or sweet syrup.
