Exploring Hive Financial Growth & Leothread

I would have published this task right before the deadline but I couldn't because there's been no electricity in my community for some days now, and my phone and power bank aren't in good condition. I had to make the tough decision of missing out on the task.
But my partner, @lizizoo after publishing her task came to motivate me to publish mine too. It was one of the days when lecturers refused to come to school, so I immediately used the time to edit and publish my task.
The meeting we had with our bosses, @starstrings01 , @nkemakonam89 , and @vickoly was very motivating. It is also one of the reasons I had to do this task no matter what.
They all shared with us their newbie experiences on hive, and through this, I realized that I'm not the only one with a tough beginning. Other people once felt the way I feel and they were able to to come out of it successfully.
Without wasting much of your time I'll go straight to answer the task questions.
In six months, I'm seeing myself at a good level and circle on hive. I would have been able to develop strong roots in the communities I would make my niche.
In one year I want to be known on hive, and to grow from writing as a visitor to writing as verified members of some communities.
I also want to grow past certain insecurities and make good connections. Then I would be able to contribute positively to certain communities and give blockchain at large.
Building my HP and accumulating hive and its second layer tokens can't be left out.
In 2 years, I would have become a hivian with value, good influence, and a reputation.
I see myself in a position where I would be able to help people, especially the newbies. To contribute to their growth just like how people contributed to mine.
I know what it means to be on time without strong backing, especially if you don't have any experience in blogging. It's so improper to feel lonely in a crowd. So I want to be of help to them.
I'm also aiming at onboarding new users, guiding them, and seeing their growth in the blockchain.
First is making quality and sincere engagement with other authors, to make friends and increase my visibility.
Second is publishing quality posts and curating quality posts as well. While constantly powering up to build my HP and earn HBD for hive trading and self-support.
Making threads on Leofinance and taking part in contests like the just concluded zealy campaign are also some of the strategies to achieve my goals.
Lastly, to be consistent and stay motivated on hive, with a good mindset of expecting a long-term reward.
The just concluded tutorial on hive financial growth reminds me of those days in secondary school, when our football team leader would motivate and ginger every player before and after the first half.
Our leaders in this program did amazingly well, I was motivated and encouraged to keep striving for success.
They are doing this for us, without getting anything in return. Even without praying for them, I know the good lord wouldn't fail to reward them abundantly.
Through this tutorial, I understood the benefits of earning tokens. Acquiring and taking some of these tokens can earn us curation.
@nkemakonam89 talked about tokens like Bro tokens, DVS, and Zing. Increasing our HP can increase our chances of acquiring and benefiting from these tokens.
She also talked about bull run which is the period where hive prices increase.
- Share good/quality content.
- Engage with other authors to increase visibility and connections. And also make a consistent appearance in hive.
- It's important to make our posts on the supportive communities that probably appreciate and encourage authors.
- Gain motivation by checking on people who are already where I want to be.
- Set goals for my hive dreams and work towards them.
- Don't be discouraged by the rewards I get on my post. And I shouldn't compare my growth with some other persons in hive
- Invest in hive tokens and,
- Save for bull run.

Thank you so much for reading, for your time and support.
I truly appreciate🤗.
