The issue of cash flow made the invention of POS to come to life and what exactly does POS means in a lay Man term? POS in full meaning point of sale and literally means, a place where any kind of services are rendered to such that the services rendered is paid in convenience fee term. In other words, this means that the convenience fee is charged to make you comfortable without so much stress. Just imagine that, you needed to go to he bank before you withdraw some certain amount of money which you need to spend some fortune bit cover long distance before you can be able to withdraw.

Thia is where the POS point of sales serves comes where you see some set of people at maybe a junction with cash with small machine where you can use your ATM card to withdraw or do transfer to withdraw cash from them. These activities with your transfer or the use of your ATM card makes them to charge you per thousand you withdraw from them. For example here, a charge on N1,000 is N30 and that the convenience fee. Instead of taking a bike or ride to the Bank area to withdraw without being sure of maybe meeting queue, that's the convenience fee you are paying for.

The services render by the POS agents have reduced load work on the the Bank sector. The load of having to attend to lot of customers in the inside the Banking Hall that come to perform one or two activities and the need to attend to the people making use of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) outside the Bank, the work load has reduced drastically. On the part of the services thy render in the communities, the convenience fee does really worth considering how much one has to spend transportation to the bank hall before withdraw just a thousand naira for quick use.
