Have You Ever Heard of Petite Fours?

It wasn't until a few years ago that I heard about Petite Fours.

What the heck are they?

I've heard of people giving chocolate for Valentine's Day, but... Petite Fours?

Think about them as mini-cakes. a 1" x 1" chocolate covered cake. Sorry that I don't have a picture of the interior, but in description, it is a white or yellow cake inside, sometimes with a strawberry layer.

They are absolutely marvelous, and in my opinion, better than chocolates.

Not too many places make them, at least that I'm aware of, so if you ever do find a place, be sure to try it for yourself!
