Refreshing and energizing coffee (Cold Brew)

Greetings to all coffee lovers!
Today, just another normal day in my workplace, my coworker and I experienced a point regarding coffee making and we were asked to create or revolutionize an old recipe called Cold Brew.
Basically, cold brew is a recipe based on cold coffee, which most diners who order this recipe usually use as a natural energizer, since it has properties, a peculiar flavor and is quite refreshing.
Well, putting aside the introduction, we tried two brewing techniques, which involved different processes and what differentiates one from the other is that one had ginger and the other did not.
Between both recipes, the best was the one with ginger and now I will show you and explain to you step by step how we prepared the Cold Brew
We used:
10 Gr of ginger
1 Oz of honey
1 espresso
Orange juice (2 oranges)
For the preparation:
First, we crush the ginger and add it to a sieve to which we add the ounce of honey and let it marinate for a few minutes.
After that time has passed, we take the espresso out of the machine.
And when we have the espresso and the corresponding minutes of maceration of the ginger with the honey have passed, we combine them both in a cup which we let rest while that happens, we make a glass with ice to which we were going to add the coffee with the honey.
Finally we add the coffee with honey to the glass with ice and we add the previously squeezed orange juice and that was it, we decorate with some orange slices and wow, the recipe was a totally delicious, refreshing and energizing spectacle.
