My Probably Revolutionary View on Food/Drug Abuse

I always say this to anyone who seems like they're abusing some food, drink or substance:

If you love that food or drink or substance, the least you can do is to not abuse it. Because if you abuse it you'd most likely get to the point where you have to stop taking them completely because of your health.

That's usually the end result for most people. You take junk like burgers, pizzas, cokes too much you'd get to the point where you're fighting obesity, diabetes, liver or some other organ disease. And when that happens the first medical a dvice is always for you to stop taking those things entirely or else you'll die.

If you smoke or drink alcohol too much, soon you'd find yourself battling some cancer, or organ failure or something, and what is the first thing you'd be mandated to do? To quit drinking and smoking entirely.

Imagine needing to stop doing what you love!

Imagine your love for drinks, junk, weed, coke, or whatever it is you love, now imagine having to never experience those things again, or imagine only experiencing it at the risk of your life, the guilt, the sadness, all of that.

Crazy wild, isn't it? That's why you have to make sure you never abuse these things. Never abuse them and you'll get to keep enjoying them safely probably for the rest of your life.

If you only take them moderately or below moderately, and you learn about the sort of lifestyle to live to offset their harmful effects and you do that. For example if you love junks a lot you should know you need to include some really healthy whole foods to balance it out. And you need to include exercise and stuff like that.

The same goes for smoking and drinking: exercise and healthy whole foods, plus some lung cleansing and breathing exercises.

If you are this mindful and you couple it with only consuming these things in moderation you can most likely fire on for life and never get to the point when you have to quit them to save your life. You'll just keep doing what you love like forever.

My friends tell me about how I say I'm a smoker and drinker but they've never seen me smoking or drinking. I've even had a few tell me that they love smoking and drinking more than I do and I tell them nah, if you truly loved it or knew how to love it right you wouldn't be doing it so regularly because doing it regularly means you would get to the point where it would become a problem in your life and you would have to quit doing it. I can't risk needing to quit what I love, but you can? How is that true love? 😂😂

You really need to look at it like this, I'm certain if more people looked at it like this it would go a long way in curbing abuse rather than just plainly preaching complete abstinence.
