Roma Holliday diary

Hello,
 
I am currently visiting Rome. I want to share with you some of my impressions of this very special city. We arrived yesterday morning and used the day to stroll around randomly and see what we can discover. We found some interesting structures and delicious food. Come and see what we found.
 
For some reason was one of the first things i noticed a quite few Egyptian relicts. There are several basilisk with Egyptian writings on it an even a real pyramid.

Besides the occasionally Egyptian relict, you can find antique ruins of the old Rome all over the city. Some are Les known like Porta san Paolo right next to the pyramid.

You don't have to walk long to come across the more famous landmarks. Like Circus Maximus the oldest areana.

Not far away, the most famous Colosseum. Here i share some pictures from the outside. We will go on a tour inside which i will share here too in a later post.

We also found another mystic obelisk with Egyptian writing on it.
