The Pink Apricot is six weeks into bloom, two long weeks remain until harvest. Orange Barb is three vigorous weeks into bloom with buds starting to form, the Pink Apricot clone is in week six of veg growth and will be put into bloom soon.

Pink Apricot blooms

This Pink Apricot cannabis plant is in it's Week 6 of bloom, two more weeks remain until harvest. Pistil pods have slowly started swelling with resin, seeds have been forming on the pollinated buds.

A trimmed another handful of bottom yellow fan leaves, removing the shade from a few lower buds.

Fall colors for the Pink Apricot, with the plant taking nutrients from the fan leaves to put towards bud production.

Resinous Pistil pods - buds

Older non pollinated pistils are turning red, their pistil pods filling with resinous bud instead of seed, two pistils per pod. In two more weeks, the majority of the white pistils will be red and ready for harvest.

Resinous trichomes are coating the buds and small leaves to protect from harsh elements.

Pollinated Pistils

In the picture below, the Pink Apricot bud cola on the right was pollinated with Pink Apricot pollen, the bid cola on the left was not pollinated.

The pistil pods of each pistil that came into contact with the pollen will grow a pure bred Pink Apricot seed.

I'll be sure to mark the seeded cola before harvest so I don't mistakenly grind any seeds.

Orange Barb bloom

Orange Barb has had three weeks of bloom time, the branch stalks have been shooting upwards - a tall plant for the short veg season.

I thinned out a lot of the bottom branches that were in the shadow of many layers of leaves, so the plant will focus on upper bud growth. It looks like there will be many main colas, and a few minor ones.

Orange Barb pistils

Many more pistils have been appearing, they're much larger than before. At three weeks into bloom, this one is a slow starter and might need an extra week to finish.

In another week or two I'll pollinate one of the buds with Pink Apricot pollen from the freezer, to make some cross-pollinated mystery seeds.

It looks like five to six weeks of bloom time remain until harvest for this Orange Barb hybrid cannabis.

Pink Apricot clone

The clone is approaching six weeks of vegetation grow time, a cutting from the other Pink Apricot before it was in bloom.

The clone was a foot tall after five weeks, the top was bent over towards the ground, held down with a bungee cord for training. Each branch grows upwards with ample access to light.

A couple of the branches have grown large enough to need slight training of their own, a couple more bungee cords level leaf canopy and motivate more branches to grow upwards.

This Pink Apricot will go into the bloom tent soon, I'm waiting for her mother to finish - Two more weeks :)

Have a great day!
