Ingredients:
Bananas - 3-4 pcs.
Butter - 110 g
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Milk - 80 g
Brown sugar - 150 g
Flour - 140 g
Baking powder - 0.5 tsp.
Coconut shavings - 40 g
Caramel:
Butter - 80 g
Sugar - 80 g

Instructions:

In the beginning it is necessary to cook caramel. To do this, melt the sugar in a saucepan.
Add butter to the melted sugar and mix everything until smooth.

Cover the baking dish with parchment paper and lay out the hot caramel. Bananas peeled and cut along in half. Put bananas on caramel.

For the dough, mix the soft butter with sugar. Then add the eggs and mix.

Sift flour with baking powder and add to egg mass. Then add coconut shavings. Knead the dough.

Put the dough on bananas with caramel and level the surface.

Bake a banana caramel cake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Cool the cake and let it stand for 5 minutes and then take the cake out of the mold.

Sprinkle banana caramel cake with powdered sugar.
