Rica Torta [Esp/Eng]

Beautiful month and week for everyone, approaching that special day of Christmas. With different meanings for everyone.

I'm looking forward to having a homemade dessert for the afternoon snack, ohh I don't have eggs and butter either...I'm not going to go shopping. Looking for recipes in my diary I found a cake without butter or eggs...I think I never made it and I didn't know the result.

I gathered the ingredients, good thing I have everything at home.

Ingredientes

-2 tazas de harina de trigo
-1/2 taza de azúcar
-1/4 de taza de aceite
-1 taza de leche
-1 cucharada de polvo de hornear
-1 cucharadita de bicarbonato
-1 cucharada de vinagre
-1 pizca de sal
-1 cucharada de vainilla
-Ralladura de limón o naranja

Ingredients

-2 cups of wheat flour
-1/2 cup sugar
-1/4 cup oil
-1 cup milk
-1 tablespoon baking powder
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1 tablespoon vinegar
-1 pinch of salt
-1 tablespoon vanilla
-Lemon or orange zest

Al tener todos los ingredientes y cantidades que solicita la receta, se mezcla el bicarbonato y el vinagre. Se reserva.

Luego, se une los ingredientes líquidos en un envase: aceite, leche, vainilla, aquí la ralladura de limón.

When you have all the ingredients and quantities requested in the recipe, mix the baking soda and vinegar. Set aside.

Then, the liquid ingredients are united in a container: oil, milk, vanilla, here the lemon zest.

Ahora, en otro envase los ingredientes secos: harina de trigo, azúcar, sal, polvo de hornear.

Se incorpora los ingredientes líquidos con los secos, se mezcla muy bien.

Todo junto se incorpora la mezcla de vinagre y bicarbonato.

Lista la mezcla, se coloca en el envase a usar para llevar al horno. (Me encanta mi quesillera para estas tortas con 2 tazas de harina).

Llevar al horno, en mi horno la preparación tuvo su tiempo de cocción aproximadamente 30 minutos.

Lista, horneada y con un olor rico. Esponjosa, con un sabor muy agradable.
