Hello! my dear friends in Hive! It's been a long time that I have not visited nor posted a blog! But here I am alive, alert and ready to share what makes me preoccupied these few days.

Let me share to you this amazing program of the Department of Education "The Joint Delivery Voucher Program", which our school have been part of for 3 years now, (We could have not done it without the help of @dehai).

What is JDVP or Joint Delivery Voucher Program?

It is a program implemented by the Department of Education (DepEd) for Senior High School Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (SHS-TVL) Specialization, which have been identified as having inadequate facilities, equipment, tools, and teachers relevant to the implementation of TVL specializations.

In this program, students will be allowed to take their specialization subjects through a partner Technical-Vocational-Institutions who offers mobile training and provides them with necessary materials needed for the whole duration of the program and to compensate them, the JDVP voucher received by the students amounted to 12,550 per head will be given to the TVIs for the trainings they provided.

As one of the school beneficiaries of the said voucher, I together with our supportive principal attended its Three-Day Post Conference and Billing Workshop which was held at one of the prosperous Municipality and known to be the Gem of the midwest, the Municipality of Tuburan.
The said conference was attended by JDVP School recipients and school heads in the whole Cebu Province Division,

We were accommodated in a prestigious, three-storey building, which is their Municipal Hall, and situated near the Public Market.

As we entered the building, What caught my attention was this different tourist destination that their Municipality could offer, printed out on a tarp and posted in front of the building, that any visitor could not resist visiting.

This is Marmol Cliff. Though I wasn't able to take a picture of the place, I was able to visit it many years ago. This is where we usually haul sand and gravel. It is situated at the bottom of the mountains, where rivers flow.

During the post-conference, coordinators were so busy and careful preparing all annexes needed, We were also ask to give feedbacks regarding the training,

Despite being preoccupied with our work, we were so delighted to see Tuburanon teenagers, as they entertained us with their Halad sa Sugboanon (Tribute to Cebuanos) Dance number.

As we enjoy taking our sumptuous lunch, we were entertained by a song rendition of one of the members of Cebu Province Music Band and also a weekly contestant of "Tawag ng Tanghalan" an amateur singing competition in the Philippines, a noon time program, "Its Showtime".

To give credit after the day's work, our TLE Supervisor introduces raffle perks. Two lucky individuals are expected to bring home an electric mixer and one for electric mop. Everybody was so excited but not all are fortunate and lucky (lol).

We went home that day with a happy heart, knowing that another job had been successfully done. Yahoo!

That's all for today my friends, Thank you so much for reading my blog!

See you around!
