Dia Lunes, inicio de semana, ya a penas a dos semanas del gran día, que nervios, que emoción, al entrar febrero sabia que las emociones, ansiedad estarían a mil, mientras disfruto del proceso de preparación, y siguiendo el plan de entrenamiento, hoy fui junto a mi esposo @gchacin25, a cumplir con la tarea del 10K, le dije a mi esposo que quería ir hacer los 10k, a una ruta que me encanta para 10k, cuando estamos en entrenamientos normales, esta ruta es la que he patrocinado para hacerla los miércoles con otros runners, es una ruta que tiene de todo, y una subida bien retadora, por eso quería hacerla esta semana ya que la semana que viene hay que bajar mas cargas y no iba a poder hacerla.
Monday, beginning of the week, just two weeks away from the big day, what nerves, what excitement, entering February I knew that emotions, anxiety would be a thousand, while I enjoy the preparation process, and following the training plan, today I went with my husband @gchacin25, to fulfill the task of the 10K, I told my husband that I wanted to go do the 10k, to a route that I love for 10k, when we are in normal training, this route is the one that I have sponsored to do it on wednesdays with other runners, is a route that has everything, and a very challenging climb, that's why I wanted to do it this week because next week we have to lower more loads and I was not going to be able to do it.

The starting point of this route, is the Malecon of the city, in this place we usually meet all the runners and go to the different routes, besides it is a very busy place in my city many sports are practiced, this is another reason why this route that I did today is my favorite because the starting point is beautiful, which encourages me even more.
I also wanted to do this route to leave it well marked in my memory, as it will be my reference route, I imagine that I will run my favourite route twice, which I know very well, so I work my mind during the marathon, other more experienced runners have recommended me to fragment the 21k route, and segments of 5k, or 10K, which is easier to assimilate mentally. So I selected in my mind to do 10K of my chicipichi route, so it tells you where the 5k marks and we go back.
