PATTAYA fried rice with local taste in my city.

Traveling and culinary tours are probably everyone's favorite, including my husband and of course. Tonight I deliberately didn't have dinner and I wanted to have dinner out with my husband to enjoy the new atmosphere and I was going to try the new CAFÉ which is in STABAT 30 minutes away from my house, but this CAFÉ went viral because of its cool CAFÉ photo spot. There are many menus available here ranging from various coffees, soft drinks, meatballs, various kinds of noodles, various types of rice and many other snacks for sale and all of these menus have very affordable prices. Of all the menus offered here, I chose one menu, namely PATTAYA fried rice, typical fried rice in Thailand, even though I have never been there directly, but the digital world now makes it easier for me to access whatever I want, and I want to know, of course, including how does the original appearance of this PATTAYA fried rice in his country.
The name may be the same, but I don't understand anything about PATTAYA fried rice here, I've eaten this fried rice before at a different cafe. The rice is served with chunks of pineapple and various spices then without the addition of soy sauce and sauce then rolled with egg Omelet, it tastes quite good, savory and fresh at the same time when it enters my mouth, but the PATTAYA fried rice at this CAFE in my opinion is like the local fried rice that exists in Indonesia, fried using spices, then rolled with an omelet and then fried add toppings.
The toppings for PATTAYA fried rice here are fried onions, tomato sauce, cucumber, tomatoes and crackers. I don't think this is PATTAYA fried rice but local fried rice covered in an omelet and changed its name to be safe from being chased by debt collectors..ha..ha... of the two PATTAYA fried rice I've ever eaten, I like the one better. First, but because I have never consumed this fried rice directly from the country, I ask for your opinion which one is closest to my story.
And talking about the taste of the fried rice that I ordered, it is indeed quite tasty and light in taste without excessive flavoring, even though the appearance of this fried rice uses too much soy sauce, it still looks comfortable on the tongue. Apart from this fried rice, I also ordered lemon tea which I like, it's fresh and the sugar isn't too much. And this lemon tea complements the rice I ordered so it doesn't have cholesterol.
Apart from enjoying this fried rice, I also enjoyed the comfortable cafe atmosphere with a village house concept. I like this concept, it is very comfortable and seems to remind me of my childhood when my surroundings were still rural areas and housing development was not as rapid as it is now. I'll enjoy my fried rice first and I want you guys to give me a glimpse of what PATTAYA fried rice really is like.
Good evening to all HIVE friends in this community, best regards from me, MAYTOM from the city of Binjai, Indonesia. Keep following my posts, friends
