This mango fruit is very dangerous...ha.ha. not dangerous in the real sense but if I see a young mango, my saliva is like wanting to drip when I see it. It feels like picking and biting the young mango and sprinkling it with sugar or salt without peeling it first. It must taste very good. although after eating the mango I had to experience aching teeth due to the sour taste of the mango I ate, but enjoying this young mango really has its own sensation compared to a sweet ripe mango. Because of what? Because enjoying a sweet mango there is no challenge in enjoying it and there is no cute facial expression due to the sour taste that arises when enjoying the mango..ha..ha.
Although this young mango still has a sour taste, there are quite a lot of fans of this mango, not only from adult women, but children also like it. They usually enjoy this young mango just by cutting a small part of the mango fruit and sprinkling it with sugar and eating right away. The fresh and sweet taste of sugar mixes together and creates a new, very delicious taste. Sometimes I have to express the children's faces while enjoying this young mango, because I just thought of this when I wrote this mango post, an idea that is late but I will implement it another time.

And today I have a little bit of young mango and it was given by my teaching friend. Because the mango tree he had was uprooted by strong winds, the mangoes that were there fell. Instead of the mango fruit being wasted and not processed, I took the initiative to ask for it and wanted to process the mango into several dishes. Hopefully I have a lot of time to process this young mango. and today I really can't wait to enjoy this young mango so I process it into dry salad with only 3 ingredients, the important thing is that I am happy to enjoy it and I am sure I can make you hold your saliva to try it.
Ingredients needed to make young mango salad:
1. 3 medium size young mangoes
2. 3 to 4 tablespoons of granulated sugar
3. Dry red chili to taste.
4. Kasturi Orange

How to make:
1. Wash the young mango until clean
2. Then cut the mango according to taste without having to peel the skin, because if we peel the skin, the sour taste will be stronger. and add salt to taste

3. Then add the Kasturi orange juice instead of lemons, limes or kaffir limes.

4. Mix dry chili and granulated sugar then mash until slightly crushed
5. After that mix it with the mango that has been cut into pieces
6. If the taste is still a little sour, you can add more sugar and stir until smooth, then serve.
How? Very easy to make, right? When you eat this salad you will be curious about the taste so one bite is not enough.
