Hello Hivers 💕💘,

There are several fruits and food which can consume and Singh dhoni the rainy season and dry season most especially when it comes to the Nuts. From the northern part of Nigeria we have a lot of drinks coming out from there which later after the harvest and a lot of processing the transfer it and convey it to all part of Nigeria the Western parts, the Eastern part,and the southern part. This is the more reason we see a lot of fruit doing the body season which attract a lot of people consume it naturally although there are also thousands of people who do not know about this.

I got to know about a lot of food and fruits while I was schooling in the northern part of Nigeria where very early in the morning we are exposed to a kind of male which is us from the leaf. and in the afternoon it is another kind of meal as well which day after day I took my time to observe our the come about the food or meal. And during the afternoon there are a lot of people pushing truck and hawking different types of fruits, seeds and Nuts. While I was in the northern part I learnt how to consume some seed and nuts. So even when I came back to the Western side I saw a lot of them as well then naturally speaking attached to it when I saw them fresh and dried. In my picture below I have the seed and nut. I have the dates and tiger nut. In the northern part of Nigeria mostly we have the dried one and also the Wet type of tiger nut.

in this particular picture you can also view the one inside the transparent bowl which is the coconut. Here in ilorin kwara State Nigeria it is been processed removed from the outer shell then it is also divided into three or four pieces and it is sold for either #50 or #100 each.

When I first of all tested the tiger nut which is very much different from the one I already know and also consume. I saw the fresh one which was the tiger nut and I bought it for the first time and chew it. It has too much benefits instantly because it came out with milk. It rich in protein like I know of. it is also good for the body and for the skin most especially. the first time the second time and the third time I took it instantly I know the importance to myself and to my body. I started looking more fresh and younger. This is just my observation. Although it worked a lot

So many people prefer to consume faintly the already processed Nuts, Dates and Seeds. Yes. I always do too. It very cheap to buy.
