I made this beautiful top with side loop and trouser for my sister in-law

Good day beautiful and creative friends on hive , how are we all doing and how was our weekend I hope we all enjoyed our self .

I’m so happy t to be here today to share this beautiful two piece I made for my sister in law , she has given me this material now is up to a month I was so busy all this while but today I make sure I deliver this dress to her .

She promised to bring more customers to me if I made her a beautiful style, she is fat 😂 and I don’t like making fat people dress because the beauty of the dress will not come out until the person wears the dress, thoughtfully enough I later arrived with this unique top and trouser although while cutting the trouser I’m so scare because I don’t want to get the wrong cutting of the flap but it was later a success .

I made use of 2 trouser length of vintage material, I will be showing you all the cutting and sewing step.

Cutting step

I firstly cut the trouser part first by measuring the length of the trouser to be 43” and the is 12” folded, the hip line is 9”.

After cutting the trouser the remaining material was not enough to make the top but I make sure I manage the material to get the result .

After folding the material into 4 to get the kimono sleeve the material was not enough so I join the sleeve , but after joining it look somehow so I join a black material on top and it came out in form of styles .

Sewing step

I firstly weave the inside round then I join it and it came out beautiful 🤩.

Finishing

She wear the dress and it came out beautiful on her and she was happy 😃.
