I made this beautiful straight gown with two step ruffles and with zipper at the front .

Greeting to all my creative friends on hive how are we all doing today I hope we all enjoyed our day , merry Christmas in advance and I hope the season work is not stressing us much , although have been busy making a mother and her two daughters dresses .
She is one of my new customers my friend link her up to me and she is this person who is not always satisfied with a particular styles ,thank God she later pick this straight gown with net at the shoulder she has me to put a zipper at the front because she is still breast feeding her son.

material used

5 yards of net for the sleeve
2 yard of sequence material
2 yards of lining
Breast pad
Skin net

Cutting process

I folded the material into four then I measure 16” for the half length after that I measure 4” from the center to get the breast curve since there is net t the front part I cut a keyhole neck at the back and I’m sure the back will look sexy like that 😘

After cutting the half length i cut the sket part I measure 44” for the length then the hip is 12” folded the waistline is 10” plus sewing allowance after that I cut the lining for th sket part and the half length .

I firstly make the ruffle of the sleeve and is two step then I join the bodice together after that I iron it and it look beautiful and unique .

Thank God the dress look fitted on her when I delivered it to her and she look the styles❤️😘💕.
