Hello hiver sport friends!

I am interested in showing my progress lifting weights in the gym and educating myself about it, before I was a little weak and a little dull, I did not dare to be constant with my movements, with my exercises, with my disordered lifestyle I did not have a bit of muscle, and it is clear that I am on my way to an age where I must think about the welfare of my bones, my movements and how to support my own body, of course these things are very beneficial for the body, short and long term, it is something that keeps your brain healthy even though you train your muscles.

I have seen changes in my body which was the main reason to start this discipline, although I have not been 100% focused on shaping my body, I think that keeping myself in good spirits and active in many activities is more than primordial now that I am in this process, it has become a priority to spend these two hours that I dedicate to my physical/mental body.

Discipline has brought me happiness, it has brought to my life a way to eat healthier although not 100% because I still consume unhealthy desserts sometimes, that is the next goal although in this I have taken a little longer, soon will be out of my reach any kind of sugar, but what is a fact, is that drinking more water keeps you healthy with brighter skin, you are what you eat, you build your future, you shape your life, without excuses we can build an empire.

Good vibes for your days, I wish you to achieve everything you propose, remember that excuses are not welcome.

Estoy interesada en mostrar mi avance alzando peso en el gym y educándome al respecto, antes era un poco debilucha y un poco sosa, no me atrevía a ser constante con mis movimientos, con mis ejercicios, con mi estilo de vida desordenado no tenia ni un poco de musculo, y es claro que ya voy en camino a una edad donde debo pensar en el bienestar de mis huesos, ms movimientos y como sostener mi propio cuerpo, claro que estas cosas son muy beneficiosas para el cuerpo, a corto y largo plazo, es algo que mantiene a tu cerebro sano a pesar de que entrenas los músculos.

He visto cambios en mi cuerpo que fue la razón principal para empezar esta disciplina, aunque no he estado al 100% enfocada en moldear mi cuerpo, creo que mantenerme de buen animo y activa en muchas actividades es mas que primordial ahora que ya estoy en este proceso, se ha convertido en una prioridad el pasar estas dos horas que le dedico a mi cuerpo físico/mental.

La disciplina me ha traído felicidad, ha traído a mi vida una manera de comer mas saludable aunque no al 100% porque aun consumo postres no saludables en ocasiones, esa es la próxima meta aunque en esta me he tardado un poco mas, ya pronto estará fuera de mi alcance cualquier tipo de azúcar, pero lo que si es un hecho, es que ingerir mas agua te mantiene saludable con la piel mas brillante, eres lo que comes, tu construyes tu futuro, tu moldeas tu vida, sin excusas logramos construir un imperio.
