Cordova's Bantayan Bay: A Nighttime Oasis with Friends!🏖️

Hello dear hivers, I am @marfeatures, and I am back with a new blog. How are you? I hope you are all doing good. For today's "blogserye" (blog series), I will be featuring a quick escape to the famous Bantayan Bay in Cordova, Cebu. Come join me as I share here with you my experiences and how our night turned out.

It was Friday, no work for tomorrow. My friends asked me to go out together with their other close friends. Since it was Friday, I decided to go with them. After my duty, I immediately proceed to our meeting place. Guess what, we are going to have a quick night dip in the sea. Night swimming is really one of my most favorite activities; aside from its relaxing, it's also peaceful since most of the other beach goers enjoyed swimming during the daylight. That's the perk of night swimming, although I can't really swim, hahah.

By the way, we are bound to Cordova's famous Bantayan Bay. It is like a small island in between the waters of Cordova, perfect to say it is a long sandbar that stretches some meters; I can't really give you the exact figure, but it's quite long. It is perfect for activities like picnics and swimming; you can also look for marine life to eat in the area, or what we Bisaya call "panginhas". I really missed doing this thing; I loved to eat shells, sea cucumbers, and especially sea urchins, my bias, hahah.

From the shore, we rented a small boat to go to the sandbar or Bantayan Bay in Cordova. We paid Php.15.00 for the fare. Unluckily, I wasn't able to take pictures of the boat going to the sandbar; I didn't even have the chance to take pictures of the seashells we gathered. But trust me, the best moments are those that aren't captured by cameras; it just means that I enjoyed our quick escapade at Cordova. Maybe another reason why I didn't capture our dinner is that we were all hungry that time; no one bothered to take photos, hahah.

I super enjoyed our night; it was something worthy of coming back soon. Sorry for the minimal pictures; I only captured my face and the faces of my friends, haha. It was so dark, understandably, because it was nighttime hahaha. There are so many activities you can enjoy there, which makes it a perfect place for a family or friends get-together. Overall, a time spent with friends is indeed never wasted. Friends are someone that makes our day lighter. Their smiles and laughs are contagious. Do you agree with me? Hahahh. I am so blessed to have friends like this; that's why if you have one, treasure them, keep them. Time flies so fast when you are enjoying; it was already 10, almost 11 in the evening. That's why we concluded our night with a sweet goodbye.
