Today promised a storm, but that forecast had been around for several days and the rain hadn't arrived. In fact, it was very hot at dawn, but with bright sunshine and no clouds to help soften its penetrating rays.

But then, after 3 p.m., a big black cloud rolled in, bringing a breeze that made the trees dance, even knocking some down, followed by heavy rain that left many places without power.

I debated whether or not to go to work until the last minute, but when it let up a little, I went out with my umbrella and arrived without getting too wet.

The truth is that it was not only the best decision, but also another step forward in the commitment I have made to my personal transformation.

Thanks to this, I completed the 10K, got my paycheck on time, and managed to pay off some outstanding debts so that I could focus my mind on my projects and not on day-to-day worries.

Change is coming, and I am ready to embrace it.

Y mientras la lluvia cae...

Hoy el día prometía tormenta, pero ese pronóstico tenía ya varios días y la lluvia no terminaba de llegar. De hecho, amaneció muy caluroso pero con un sol radiante, sin nubes que ayudaran a amainar sus rayos penetrantes.

Pero ya luego de las 3 de la tarde, se vino la gran nube negra, trayendo una brisa que hacía bailar a los árboles, hasta hacer caer algunos, seguida de una fuerte lluvia que dejó a muchos lugares sin servicio eléctrico.

La duda sobre ir o no a trabajar, estuvo hasta el último minuto, pero al cesar un poco, salí con mi paraguas y llegué sin mojarme mucho.

La verdad fue no solo la mejor decisión, sino también un paso más con respecto al compromiso que he adquirido con mi transformación personal.

Gracias a ello, completé los 10K, cobré mi quincena en tiempo y forma logrando saldar unas deudas pendientes para ocupar mi mente en los proyectos y no en las preocupaciones del día a día.

El cambio se viene y yo estoy lista para asumirlo.
