Hello BEER community, I'm back here to share with you a bit of a quick and fun outing I had over the weekend to a small bar located in Colonia Villa Cuemanco in Mexico City called Morales Gourmet, in the company of course of my beloved Cerveza Victoria or Vicky, as I had already told you, they are affectionately known here.

I went to this colorful and cute little bar where I heard a live music group, a place that I didn't know and I really liked it. Not only do they sell typical Mexican food like Carnitas (fried pork strips) or Garnachas (tortillas with meat and sauce), but it is also a place where they sell all kinds of bulk spices and the highly sought after grasshoppers to make tacos among other foods.

I spent this pleasant time with my one-liter jug beers from Victoria, which is a Vienna-style lager beer, and slightly amalted, which makes it have the perfect flavor for me.

On this occasion I decided to order them "frosted", which means that the mouth of the glass is covered or impregnated with lemon and salt, which when combined with the flavor of the beer, makes it refreshing due to the flavor of the lemon, although there are people for whom the addition of lemon increases the alcohol faster than without this accompaniment, it does not affect me in particular and I like it a lot. You can have this type of frosty presentation with any type of beer. Although in dark beers I feel that it looks very good.

There is also the presentation known as michelada that also has lemon and salt, but it also has chili powder, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Tabasco sauce. I don't like that one very much because it makes the beer lose its main flavor, and it gets confused with other flavors that will taste more like a spicy food than a beer, well at least for my taste. That's why I prefer very cold, frosty or natural beer.
