Homemade easy spaghetti bolognese

This is my first time attempting to make bolognese. In the past, I always use the store bought ragu and even instant spaghetti bolognese whenever I want to eat something good. Today, I finally tried making my own and made a fusion version. This recipe does not include added MSG, enhance flavoring, and also wine.

Ingredients
- 200gr Minced Meat
- 110 gr spaghetti
- 1 carrot
- 1 onion
- 1 Chilli
- 2 cloves garlic
- 50ml evaporated milk
- 6 Tbsp ketchup
- 2 Tomato
- 1 pinches of salt
- 2 Tsp oregano
- 2 tbs olive oil

Instructions
Blender the tomato to make paste.
Shred the carrot and also diced the onion.
Saute the beef in a low heat pan until it changes the color.
Add pinch of salt. Stir it well and add the shredded carrot and also the diced onion and chili. Take it our before mixing with the meat.
Mix it well.
Add mashed garlic for more flavoring. Then put 2 tablespoon oregano.
Add the tomato sauce and the tomato paste into the mixture.
Next Step
Pour 50 ml evaporated milk.
Stir well until it thickens. Add the tomato sauce
Boil the water for the pasta.
Add some salt into the pot.
Add pasta when the water is boiled. Drain the pasta.
Put the pasta inside the pan with the ragu then mix it well.
Serve while it's hot.

At the moment, I am trying to master all pasta recipes. Unfortunately, where I currently live, it is difficult to find some ingredients such as specific cheeses and wine. So, I tend to exclude these from my cooking. When I was researching this recipe, I found out people use chicken flavor enhancer and MSG. Since I try to eliminate that ingredient from my diet, I only stick to salt and spices to enhance the flavor of my meal. If you are used to eating MSG, you will find this type of cooking is missing of umami taste which is what we can get from the MSG or food with high amino acid glutamate.
In this recipe, I also don't use tomato paste which is why the color is orange-ish instead having red color. I was using old tomatoes as well. It would be best if you could use fresh, beef tomato instead of a regular tomato. So yeah, if you have leftover minced beef, tomato, this is the easiest recipe that you can try at home.
