Wednesday Walk 01.14.26, Another quick trip to the Park!

Hello Friends, and Welcome Back, and thank you for your visit!

And here we are at #wednesdaywalk #2 of 2026!

And first, as always I want to thank @tattoodjay for this community - Congrats to you!

And "Thank You" for this community!

So for this weeks #wednesdaywalk I didn't really have any photos and was sitting around the house and decided to go over to the Park and see if there is as anything to get a photo of.

When I first got there, this was the view south down the Shoreline,

And a look over across the Channel at Padre Island, you can see the Poles from the old Pier sticking out of the water,

Also quite a few Sand Bars. You can see the birds gathering on them,

I was about to give up on getting anything interesting when along came this Pelican,

It soared up in the air,

And flew past heading over the Fishing Pier,

Then it flew over the Pier,

And then North up the Channel,

After that it was getting a slight bit chilly and I decided it was a good time to head back to the house!
