Celebrating the feast of the Miraculous Medal

Every 27th of November, we, Bogohanons, celebrate the feast day of THE MIRACULOUS MEDAL to commemorate the appearance of the Blessed Virgin Mary to Saint Catherine Labouré in 1830, during which Mary entrusted her with the design of the medal and promised special graces to those who wear it with faith.
OLAH HIVE FAM! it's me again @kyyyys bringing you another vlog about what I experienced during the feast. It may be short but I hope you'll like it.
As a believer, my classmates and I attended the feast at the Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal Shrine located in Lapaz, Bogo, Cebu.
After our class we went straight ahead to lapaz and strolled to the nearby stalls which sells foods and toys.
After strolling, We then decided to go to the shrine. As I mentioned in my previous vlog "A DAY TO REMEMBER" the shrine was located above the streets where we will pass through a hundred step stairs. It was indeed tiring climbing the stairs but the view below was so beautiful, we stopped by to snap some photos and enjoy the cold breeze.
At last! We arrived at the top and saw many people worshipping and lighting candles for Our Lady of miraculous medal. We then started lighted our own candles and thanking for the grace we've received.
After lighting our candles, we joined most of the people there in line to kiss the holy statue of Our Lady of the Miraculous Medal. The atmosphere was filled with reverence and devotion, as each person approached the statue with heartfelt prayers. It was a humbling experience that reminded us of the deep faith and unity shared within the community.
It was truly a heartfelt and meaningful experience. Celebrating this feast reminded me of the power of faith and the grace that comes with it. Until next time fellas, I hoped you enjoyed reading my blog. May God Bless us all!!
To many more blogs to come!!
