Hi Hiveopenmic community! Happy New Year everyone. For week 299 of Hiveopenmic, I composed a song title 'Love You Girl'. It's an Afro music, that has groove to it; making it danceable to.

For the lyrics, it's a love dancehall song - as it's talking about doing anything for your special person. The opening line is "Happy New Year my baby boo..." I opened it this way in connection with the fact that it's my first musical composition of this fresh and beautiful year 2026.
