¡Hola Hola Comunidad! ✨, la creatividad navideña ya llegó y es que hace unas semana fuí invitada a participar en la iniciativa

y como obviamente no podía dejar pasar ésta oportunidad, me puse manos a la obra en buscar qué podía hacer, y la verdad es que desde hace mucho quería aprender a realizar tarjetas en 3D, me parece que son muy divertidas y tenía la sospecha de que no eran complicadas, y no me equivoqué así que aquí te muestro cómo las hice 💖.

Hello Hello Community! ✨, Christmas creativity has arrived! A few weeks ago, I was invited to participate in the initiative

and, obviously, I couldn't pass up this opportunity. I got to work looking for something I could do, The truth is that I had wanted to learn how to make 3D cards for a long time. I think they're really fun, and I suspected that they weren't complicated. I was right, so here's how I made them 💖.

Arranqué haciendo en una cartulina blanca un rectángulo de 22cm de ancho por 15cm de largo y luego de cortarlo lo doblé a la mitad, ésta será la base interna de la tarjeta, para la parte externa corte en una cartulina más gruesa, otro rectángulo de 24cm se ancho por 17cm de largo y ésta la pinté con pintura al frío azúl, más que nada por ser del material que era.

I started by cutting a rectangle measuring 22 cm wide by 15 cm long out of white cardstock. After cutting it, I folded it in half. This will be the inside of the card. For the outside, I cut another rectangle out of thicker card, 24 cm wide by 17 cm long, and painted it with blue cold paint, mainly because of the material it was made of.

En el doblez de la cartulina blanca hice pequeñas marcas a los 2cm, 4cm, 6cm, 9cm, 11cm y 13cm; entre las marcas de 2 y 4 cm hice un pequeño rectángulo que tuviera 2 cm hacia adentro, y lo mismo hice entre las marcas de 11 y 13cm. Entre las marcas de 6 y 9 cm, hice un rectángulo que tuviese 3cm hacia adentro, formando lo que se ve en la imágen, dichos rectángulos solo los corte por las líneas paralelas, para formar pestañas como las que se ven en la imágen.

On the fold of the white card, I made small marks at 2 cm, 4 cm, 6 cm, 9 cm, 11 cm and 13 cm; between the 2 cm and 4 cm marks, I made a small rectangle that was 2 cm inwards, and I did the same between the 11 cm and 13 cm marks. Between the 6 cm and 9 cm marks, I made a rectangle that was 3 cm inward, forming what you see in the image. I only cut these rectangles along the parallel lines to form tabs like the ones you see in the image.

Abrí la tarjeta y doblé éstas pestañas hacia adentro, en estos cubos que se formaron es donde irán las imágenes que quiero que sobresalgan. Así que con el mecanismo listo me pasé a buscar los dibujos, hacerlo y pintarlos, recuerden que el toque final siempre está en remarcar con negro todo el contorno del dibujo. En la tarjeta también hice otros dibujos y escribí Feliz Navidad.

I opened the card and folded these tabs inwards. The images I want to stand out will go in these cubes that have been formed. So, with the mechanism ready, I went to find the drawings, made them and painted them. Remember that the final touch is always to outline the entire drawing in black. I also made other drawings on the card and wrote Merry Christmas.

Con todo listo me pasé a pegar todas las piezas en sus respectivos lugares, incluyendo la parte interna (cartulina blanca) dentro de la parte externa (cartulina pintada). Y para dar unos detalles extra, añadí algunas piedras y perlas autoadhesivas en la parte interna.

With everything ready, I proceeded to glue all the pieces in their respective places, including the inner part (white card) inside the outer part (painted card). And to add some extra detail, I added some self-adhesive stones and pearls to the inner part.

Yo quedé enamorada con el resultado, por un momento consideré adornar un poco la tarjeta por la parte externa, pero al final lo descarté, dejando así todo el color para la zona interna de éste proyecto creativo 💖.

I fell in love with the result. For a moment, I considered decorating the outside of the card a little, but in the end I decided against it, leaving all the colour for the inside of this creative project 💖.
