“No. I come to bring trade!”
“Trade?” The boy then communicated the answer to his peers and after some exchange turned back to the captain…”What kind trade?”

“Silvers fur wark!”

Commander Kerrislravenhill looked at Commander Galligan in utter astonishment! What could the Captain be thinking?!

Galligan raised an eyebrow but said nothing as the young Indian conveyed the answer with a look of confusion. The warriors sat up straight and quickly whispered among themselves but the Captain wasn’t waiting for their response as he pulled a handful of silver coins out of his pocket and slapped them on the big table in front of them.

The jingle jangle of silver coin against coin widened their eyes and they stared down at the small pile with great curiosity. One warrior reached out and touched one of the coins as if to be sure it was real. Silver was a rare possession for the Seneca, and they knew the value it had in getting things that they needed from the settlers. Finally they conveyed a quick question to Little Grey Wolf and he translated it…

“What kind work?”

The Captain leaned back in his chair and took a long slow drag on his pipe, his eyes moving upward as if picturing some grand scene…

“Hard work! Grand work!”

[Main deck…]

Word spread quickly to all parts of the ship that the Seneca party was meeting privately with the Captain and his highest officers.

“Good adventure...isn't it?” Standing Officer Trayan said to Standing Officer Bitcoinman.

“Been slippin’ on deck…fill me in?”

“Seven Seneca warriors and a boy are down in the chartroom as we speak, meeting with the Keptin!” Trayan explained, his voice, excited.
“Blimey, what could be the topic?”
“No one knows mate except maybe the Commanders!”

[Down below…chartroom…]

“They want know, how much silver?” The young Seneca teen relayed.

“Six thousand, six hundred ounces!”

An utter silence fell on the chartroom! Galligan shot a hard glance at the Captain but he wasn’t looking back. The warriors had a look of shock on their faces! This amount of wealth was beyond their ability to grasp! Finally Big Bear conveyed his last question to the boy and he turned and spoke…

“What kind…grand work?!”
