Bread and coffee, Andean tradition.

Love greetings to all my Hive friends, especially coffee lovers. Today I want to tell you about a visit I had to one of my favorite coffee shops, La Gran Cosecha. This is one of my favorite places to enjoy a good coffee in the city. This time, I decided to order their famous moccachino and let me tell you that it was a real treat, especially because I had a long time without being able to visit this place, since I live a little far from the city.
La Gran Cosecha is known for its quality coffee and cozy atmosphere, so it is always a pleasure to visit. From the first time I was there, I was fascinated with the quality of their coffee. However, I must admit that this time the service was not as good as in my previous visits. I went with my dear @aly.squid and we had to wait a little longer than usual to be served and when they finally brought us our coffee, they served it in a disposable cup, something I didn't expect in a place like this.
Despite this small inconvenience, I decided to give the moccachino a try and when I tasted the first sip, all my worries vanished. The coffee was incredibly delicious and maintained its characteristic intense and balanced flavor that I love so much. The combination of espresso, steamed milk and chocolate managed to create the perfect blend of flavors that left me satisfied. In the disposable cup the heart of foam was not well appreciated either, but as I said before the taste of the coffee and the way of preparation still have the same quality as always.
The moccachino is one of my favorite drinks at La Gran Cosecha and always manages to impress me with its flavor. The coffee from this beautiful coffee shop has a deep aroma and a robust flavor that stands out. The steamed milk gives it a unique smoothness and the touch of chocolate gives it that perfect balance.
As is tradition in the Andean region of Venezuela, coffee at snack time is usually accompanied by bread. So we ordered a delicious cheese bread. Another thing that also characterizes the Andeans, is that we love to soak the bread in the hot coffee, dipping it slowly so that the crumb absorbs the delicious coffee. This is a code among Andeans, we understand each other very well when it comes to coffee and bread.
All in all, the moccachino from La Gran Cosecha exceeded all my expectations once again. Despite the small inconveniences in the service, the quality and flavor of this drink managed to conquer me and remind me why this place is one of my favorites to enjoy a good coffee. Without a doubt, I will order it again on my next visits and recommend it to all my coffee-loving friends.
I love to share again in this beautiful community. I hope to be here again in a short time, sharing another coffee experience. I'll say goodbye for now, see you soon.
