Goldmoney Deleted My Gold. Is Goldmoney a Scam?

You can find a number of reports from irate Goldmoney customers who requested their gold from Goldmoney or tried to liquidate their holdings into cash and had a very tough time getting their money. Goldmoney is often called a scam, is it?
I had a Goldmoney holding for over a year. I was happy with it up until recently.
