For instance, I have a passion for reciting Naat, and I know that when I recite, I am so absorbed that I won’t even realize how quickly time passes. And because I enjoy reciting Naat more than using a mobile phone, that’s why I use my phone less.You should set an incentive for the less use of mobile phones. It will help you minimize your addiction to mobile phones.
Install an application on your phone that will aware you of your day's use of a mobile phone at the end of the day.
Try to spend your time on your favourite hobby gardening, singing, cycling, playing cricket, etc it will also help you to get rid of mobile addiction.
Try to keep yourself busy most of the time in a day. Prepare a daily routine schedule and try to follow this schedule. For example, if you go to work in the morning from nine to five then take a little break and after that go to play some sports or do a walk. It will also help to reduce the usage of mobile phones.
Take a printout of the side effects of excessive use of mobile phones and affix it at the entrance of your room. It will remind you every time you see it. It is another tip for getting rid of mobile addiction.
