Scouting for an event center with friends

Hello friends, hope you are all having a good time. it's always nice having and keeping memories of our lives every step of the way because when we look back and are reminded of such memories it fills us with joy and excitement and we want to connect some more with our family and friends all over again.

I want to share a time we had to spend some time out of work scouting for a sports field for our upcoming sports event for the students we teach. We planned to visit some suggested locations for the upcoming inter-house sport and some of us were selected to check out these locations to choose which was suitable for the event.

I was chosen alongside some of my friends at work and we visited three different locations that day. The first place was owned by a church. The sports centre was quite nice but not big enough for the event we were planning as inter-house sports were known to be held in a very large space. We quickly left and went ahead to the second location. This particular location was big enough for the event and was being used for practice by another school when we got there. It was located in an estate and managed by the residents. We met the personnel in charge and got requirements needed to rent the venue for the said day. We also took some nice pictures and made videos for presentation before we left.

On our way back we went on to check out another event center owned by a church as well. The person in charge of taking enquiries was not on seat at the moment so we took the liberty of taking pictures while we waited. It was also a very big field, but the sitting area for spectators was far off and didn't look like it would be convenient for them to view from that distance on a level ground. We met with the personnel as well and got their contact details as we were required to send a mail of our requests before charges are sent to us.

After the last location we headed back to work. It was a nice experience going with the friends at work and scouting for the best sports location.
