My Actifit Report Card: December 5 2024

Breakfast was scrambled eggs with cheese and toast. I did not take the dog to the trail, it was too cold and snowy. I did walk her out into the backyard after I swept the snow off the sidewalk. I did some chores around the house.

Lunch was a macaroni and cheese, homemade, with broccoli. We watched some episodes of The Mentalist.

We both took the dog out to the backyard for the afternoon. I took a picture of our tree in the back. Dinner was the leftover mashed veggies and pork with gravy. We watched more episodes of The Mentalist. Anyway, thanks for reading.
