My Actifit Report Card: December 4 2024

Breakfast was scrambled eggs with cheese and toast. Took the dog to the trail. It was chilly and windy. I forgot my scarf so had to hold my jacket closed with my other hand. We had a walk of a mile.

Lunch was the salad we usually make at the beginning of the week. We had it in bowls. We watched some episodes of The Mentalist and then went to the local grocery store to shop.

Dinner was the leftover veggies from last night’s dinner mashed up. We put that in a casserole dish and placed the sliced pork on top and baked it. I also made up a gravy to go on top. Watched more episodes of The Mentalist and then some YouTube videos. Anyway, thanks for reading.
