My Actifit Report Card: December 2 2024

Breakfast was French toast with bacon. Went to the trail. Cold day and a short walk. One of the small creeks was frozen over.

Lunch was hot dogs wrapped in croissants. Watched The Mentalist. Took a nap until afternoon. Went shopping for some groceries. Dinner was roasted chicken breast with millet and broccoli. Watched more of The Mentalist. Worked on some projects. Anyway, thanks for reading.
