My Actifit Report Card: November 29 2024

Breakfast was strata leftover from yesterday. Went to the trail. It was a cold morning below freezing. The wind chill made it feel colder. No one was on the trail. We walked about a half of a mile due to the cold.

Lunch was leftovers from yesterday’s dinner. I heated up the chicken in the gravy and then poured that over heated up mashed potatoes and dressing. We watched some episodes of The Mentalist and finished the movie White Christmas.

Dinner was the Jennifer Aniston salad we make. We had it in large burrito wraps. We watched some more episodes of The Mentalist. Anyway, thanks for reading.
