Planning on my new week

Tomorrow is the very day when I plan to throw my laptop in my bag and go to a cafe to order myself a coffee and a salad and start writing the first scene of my novel. Most likely this evening when I fall asleep all my thoughts will be occupied with this, I will think about what exactly should become that turning point in the life of my main character, which will cut off his path back to a quiet life, that he will be forced to start acting and changing his life.

As I said, all this time I have chosen insufficiently strong incentives. Now I see it, and it seems that I have finally come up with a strong enough one, but it seems that precisely because of its strength it changes the entire subsequent plot. Perhaps this is not bad, the plot was also weak, we will make a choice in favor of greater intensity. In addition, such a replacement gives me an antagonist, which I also lacked until now, and in a novel of a decent volume he should still be there.

Yes, I definitely like this idea. I don't know yet where it will lead me, but there is probably something interesting in this, to observe a little from the sidelines how exactly the events in your own book will develop, without influencing them. Sometimes your own characters start to behave unexpectedly, and it is also interesting to watch this:)

I will need to work separately with the mythology, I plan to do this in parallel with writing the novel. I noticed that I have a book on creating worlds that I have not yet read, maybe it will help me in some way, in any case, I hope so. And here again it turns out that there is a lot of work, and very little strength. I hope I can handle this.

I will need to work separately with each character and their personality, to make their behavior more predictable for myself. It is interesting when you already know how this or that character should react, and then watch how events develop in different situations.

In short, it is very interesting to see what will happen next.
