Another day of the week.
Started my day by adding steps, walking indoors the flat and the common balcony in short bursts.
In the afternoon, I went out for a walk, spent 10 minutes walking in and around my area.
After 6pm, I again went out for a short walk. Spent less than 10 minutes.
Completing 5000+ steps for the day.
