Hello coffee lovers, at first the question of whether I prefer coffee shop chains or family-type ones created some doubts for me, I really hadn't questioned it, but to clear everything up I decided to make a tour this weekend of the ones I usually visit.

In my city there are no large coffee shop chains, but there are what are called state coffee shops, and fast food ones, among which I decided to go to one that is in front of my work, called El Rápido, it is a establishment leased by self-employed workers about 6 months ago, which when they inaugurated it was better. My surprise was the poor quality of the service, excited, I ordered a cappuccino and there was no milk, I settled for an espresso and the taste even seemed unpleasant to me, they didn't have any other coffee offerings.

The only thing I liked were the croquettes, they were crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, the perfect accompaniment sauce.

The next day I made a tour of the entire city and to my surprise almost all of the coffee shops I used to visit have closed, both for economic and migratory reasons. In the end I was able to get to my favorite coffee shop that had changed locations, Coffee Aroma, a coffee shop of self-employed workers, which unlike the previous one has improved so much in comfort, attention, and the quality of its offerings.

I ordered a cappuccino that was really delicious, in every sense, smell, taste, aesthetics, then I ordered a Neapolitan pizza and a tomato juice, everything impeccable.

At night after leaving the theater with my brother I invited him to meet this coffee shop, this time I ordered my favorite drink, a frappuccino, which was perfectly balanced, refreshing, we accompanied it with a pizza for my brother and some cheese balls for me, which came with a pineapple sauce.

In conclusion and to answer this week's event, I prefer family-type coffee shops, the attention is better, warm, cozy, more personalized and homey, the conversations are more connected and relaxed. The menu is more varied and personalized, with personal touches and even delicious homemade recipes. Since there is less traffic of customers it makes you feel more comfortable, allowing us to study, read or work without so many distractions. In addition, it is ideal for families with children, usually with children's menus.

Hola amantes del café, en un principio la pregunta de que si prefiero las cadenas comerciales de cafetería o las de tipo familiar me creó algunas dudas, la verdad no me lo había cuestionado, pero para esclarecer todo decidí realizar este fin de semana un recorrido por las que suelo visitar.

En mi ciudad no hay grandes cadenas de cafeterías, pero sí las llamadas cafeterías estatales, y las de comida rápida, entre las cuales decidí llegarme a una que queda frente a mi trabajo, llamada El Rápido, se trata de un establecimiento arrendado por trabajadores por cuenta propia hace unos 6 meses, que cuando la inauguraron estaba mejor. Mi sorpresa fue la mala calidad del servicio, emocionada, ordené un capuchino y no había leche, me conformé con un expreso y el sabor hasta me resultó desagradable, no tenían otras ofertas de café. Lo único que me gustó fueron las croquetas, estaban crujientes por fuera y cremosas por dentro, la salsa para acompañar perfecta.

Al siguiente día hice un recorrido por toda la ciudad y para mi sorpresa casi todas las cafeterías que solía visitar han cerrado, tanto por temas económicos como por migratorios. Al final pude llegar a mi cafetería favorita que había cambiado de ubicación, el Coffee Aroma, cafetería de trabajadores por cuenta propia, que al contrario de la anterior ha mejorado tanto en confort, atención, como en la calidad de sus ofertas.

Ordené un capuchino que estaba realmente delicioso, en todos los sentidos, olor, sabor, estética, luego ordené una pizza napolitana y un jugo de tomate, todo impecable. Por la noche luego de salir del teatro con mi hermano lo invité a conocer esta cafetería, esta vez pedí mi bebida favorita, un frapuccino, el cual estaba perfectamente equilibrado, refrescante, lo acompañamos con una pizza para mi hermano y unas bolitas de queso para mí, que venían con una salsa de piña.

En conclusión y para responder al evento de esta semana, prefiero las cafeterías de tipo familiar, la atención es mejor, cálida, acogedora, más personalizada y hogareña, las conversaciones son con más conexión y relajadas. El menú es más variado y personalizado, con toques personales y hasta recetas caseras deliciosas. Al existir menos tráfico de clientes te hace sentir más cómodo, permitiéndonos estudiar, leer o trabajar sin tantas distracciones. Además, es ideal para las familias con niños, contando en su mayoría con menús infantiles.
