The Halfway Climb [Beacon Hill]

So after the
and the fun, it was time for a climb.By the way, this will be the first part, and be warned, this is going to be image-heavy, and there will be a lot of walking too, which is good for the legs, lungs, and, shall I mention, great for the soul as well?
Passing through a lil bus beside a wee pond, we headed where the journey starts.

Here is where the magic begins...

Not here, because that's where one gets out after the whole adventure.

The list made us excited already!

But we were determined to take our time. My two boys went ahead toward the phone booth.

Meanwhile, I made a quick stop at a sitting area for this shot.

And we moved on, passing by the Cafe Elizabeth staircase, and heading to the Double Decker Chelsea Bus.

My boys were quick in their steps. I was way behind them, and just when my legs started to wobble, I saw this!

Okay. Let's keep on then!
I eventually caught up with the two. They were waiting for me so we could check another telephone booth.

Next was a wee photo session, then we climbed to the top deck of the bus. The LilGuy was scared to take the winding staircase; he had to be carried. We feasted on the landscape viewed from up there. The Cafe Elizabeth is in the short distance, etc.

Then it was time to move on to the next. But first, the wee guy has to have a break. You see, his tongue is out, lol!

Some more snaps.

To the Fireplace or to the other sites?

We were curious, so off we went to where the signage pointed to as the Fireplace, but we saw none, or maybe we missed it?

Anyhow, we took some photos and retraced our steps to the pretty Buckingham Palace wall.

Taking the long paved path between beautifully crafted palace-like walls, we detoured to the Beacon Hill Camp, which we found out was still under construction.

Looking up from there, we saw a castle-like structure.

So we went on, climbing a steep staircase.

Then we had to rest halfway to catch our breath. Our Yongi was pleased, as if he were asking for a snapshot of that moment. Okay, click!

What was waiting for us up there? We shall see them soon! Until then, have a fantastic weekend! Thank you for tagging along🥰
