My Crochet Earrings

Hello, Diyhubbers, it’s IB again, and I’m here with a new crochet piece😃
Today, I made a beautiful set of earrings, yipeee!!! I did it!!

Before trying out this design, I decided to change my crochet hook. Lo and behold, the difference between my previous hook and this new one is clear. This hook makes crocheting easier and smoother. I feel like I wasted my time with the other hooks I got earlier.

Surprisingly, my new hook and my scissors are twinning!!! Yeahhh!!!

I made this set of earrings with so much enthusiasm and I’m glad it turned out to be really nice.

To make this beautiful set of earrings, I used the following materials and followed the steps below.

Materials
Yarn
Crochet hook
Scissors
Earrings hook

Procedure

Step 1:
Start by making your slip knot and make 8 chain stitches.

Step 2:
Slip stitch into the first chain stitch to form a circle.

Step 3:
To start round one, make one chain. Proceed to make 16 single crochet inside the circle.

Step 4:
To start round two, slip stitch into the first single crochet and make four chain stitches. Into your next stitch make a double crochet, and a chain, continue with this pattern for this round.

Step 3:
Begin round three by making one chain. Proceed to make single crochet into the next chain gap, make four chain stitches and make a single crochet in the next gap. Continue with the pattern of four chain stitches and a single crochet in the next gap.

Step 4:
End round three by slip stitching into the first single crochet, cut your yarn afterwards.

Step 5:
Attach the earring hooks, put some finishing touches, and Viola!! Your set of earrings are ready.
