Hello community, we want to announce an initiative designed to visualize the future of Hive from an individual perspective, starting 2026 with clear goals and personal visualization processes.
From Hive Creators Day, we believe that ecosystem growth does not depend only on metrics, but on people who clearly understand what they want to build within Hive and why they are still here.
HIVE FOCUS 2026
The initiative is very simple.
You must create a post about your goals in Hive using the platform we have developed called HIVE FOCUS 2026.

How to participate?
You must choose 2 to 4 additional questions that you want to answer.
There are predefined questions that everyone must answer, and you can select up to 4 more, for a maximum total of 6 questions.
No login is required.
Just enter your Hive username and then select the questions.
Answer the questions
Some are single-choice questions and others require text-based answers, allowing you to go deeper into your personal focus within Hive.
Get your card
Once the process is completed, you will receive your HIVE FOCUS 2026 card.
At this point, the process will have been completed successfully and you will be ready to create your post on Hive.
The post
The idea is not just to answer the questions.
We invite you to develop your vision:
how you see yourself on Hive in 2026, which role you are strengthening, and what decisions you are making today to get there.
It doesn’t matter if you are a content creator, developer, gamer, curator, or if you are exploring Hive from a different perspective.
This initiative aims to reflect the individual focus, because the future of Hive is also built from personal decisions.

Participation period
You have 7 days to participate, as Monday the 12th marks the official start of the #Hive14Challenge.
This initiative works as a prelude to starting the year with intention and clarity.
Rewards
500 HIVE will be distributed among 5 winners
👉 100 HIVE for each winner
Additionally, participants may receive upvotes from partner communities, as support for content aligned with the growth of the ecosystem.
This is not just a challenge.
It is an invitation to pause, think, and focus on your path within Hive.
