MCGI TOPIC REVIEW: WHY DO PEOPLE DIE?

There is no body born of human that will escape from death. Death is a must for everyone either we like it or not because no one can leave forever, and no one can go out of this life alive. Due to the disobedience of Adam and Eve, some punishment has been brought upon us.

Back in the garden of Eden, God specifically instructed Adam and Eve not to eat from a particular fruit because of the consequences, but as times passed on, the disobeyed the instructions of God which later brought punishment on them and kept them apart from the covenant God made with them which brought about some of the things happening in the world today including death.

To strengthen that, we can see in the book of Romans 5v12 where it was stated that it was because of the sun Adam committed that sin entered into the world and death followed after which has been spreading to everyone. Another bible passage says that the consequences of sin is death.

Even though Jesus Christ came to the world to take victory over sin and death which is why for those who are born again and are new creatures in Christ, there is an everlasting life in Christ in heaven for us.
