Let's test Polls on Ecency!

Fun Pravesh here testing new fun things on Ecency. Let's test it right now!

You will see the option to create the poll from Ecency.com's editor page.

I like the fact that you can set up some account age for voting which helps in reducing the manipulation of these polls. It would be nice to have an option for a minimum stake of HP or some tokens. So I could set something like "accounts with older than 10 days having atleast 100 HP would be able to vote". This will have more use cases, @ecency.

I can already see a lot of use cases for this. Here are some of the use cases that I would use it for. Don't forget to add your in the comments.

• For rating my blog posts - I can embed a poll at the end of every post if I need some quick feedback with say 10 options, 1-10 and based on the content, the reader would rate my blog posts. (I would give 10 myself every time...lol)

• A trivia question for my travel posts - I might use them to ask a question based on the blog post my reader just read. Of course, they can skip it. But it would be another level of engagement in my post. (might have to comment the answer later, under the post)

• Getting more feedback - I could just add them with options that I need to work more on my posts (formatting, grammar, more graphics, better sourcing, etc).

• Dissing other front-ends - How about just making fun of other front-ends and talking bad about them in the polls? 😂 (just kidding)
   
  These are some of the personal use cases that I can think on the top of my head right now. I might find more later! This could be really fun!
