A New Job Listing & Job Creation with Hive Stake-Based Income as Payment: Hiring A Person To Send NEOXAG for the FreeCompliments Community!

Over the course of last year, the FreeCompliments Community has created a few consistent jobs that pay out in HSBI. We’ve kept a payroll that has helped with the productivity and growth of the community. Now, I introduce one more job position!
Using the HSBI (Hive Stake-Based Income) model to pay employees allows them to receive permanent income as long as they keep creating posts. This means that even if they work for only a month or so, they’ll have a lifetime income, in the form of votes, as a result of the HSBI Units they receive, provided they keep posting to Hive.
The Job Position
Let’s simply call this position “NEOXAG Sender.” The job is rather direct consisting of two parts:
Get @neoxianvityvb to upvote posts from the FreeCompliments Community accounts (@hive-140084, @fc-rewards, @fc-curation, @fc-nominations, @fc-leocurator, @fc-fitness, @fc-arbitration, @fc-mentalhealth, and any future ones that may pop up).
Get @neoxianvityvb to upvote posts from people who have been nominated by @fc-nominations. You can upvote more recent posts made by those who have been nominated, as there are certain restrictions for using neoxiancityvb. If voting is not possible, then you would simply send them NEOXAG so they can use it for themselves.
The task of consists of sending a certain amount of NEOXAG to @neoxiancityvb with a memo containing the link to the post you want upvoted. The restrictions are that the post must be less than 48 hours old, and @neoxianvityvb must have a voting power of at least 85% (you can check this on https://hivestats.io/@neoxiancityvb – it’s very accurate). When you get the job, I’ll let you know the amounts to send.
I will personally fund this account with the NEOXAG which I am earning, and you would perform this task every day as many times per day as possible.
The reason that I offer this job rather is because I have a very limited window of time in which I am able to do this myself, and as such cannot send out as much NEOXAG as I would like to send. Having someone with more time availability on Hive would expand how we can use the NEOXAG we’re accumulating (in addition to our large and growing stake!).
There will also be an opportunity to do additional NEOXAG-related tasks for additional pay, provided the above job is done well.
The payment offer
This position will earn 10 HSBI per month and 5000 NEOXAG, with the opportunity for additional pay for additional duties.
Continuing to build Hive’s economy by adding different types of jobs
The additional creation of jobs with various structures permits the expanding use case of Hive as a payment for services, in line with Hive’s function as a medium of exchange. Creating multiple types of jobs using a similar payment system provides an initial basis for what can be considered a fair payment, thus establishing Hive as a unit of account. The more jobs are created with Hive, the more we will validate its practical value. Once this happens, we will more readily be able to establish a consistent value of assets in terms of Hive, since it will be attached to work requirements; this will establish Hive’s store of value. Combining all of these factors will turn Hive into functional money.
An economy must be built upon functional money. This is why we must take steps to ensure that Hive can, indeed, function as intended. Let’s continue creating different types of jobs and establish Hive’s practical value with practical use cases.
Conclusion
In order to help the FreeCompliments and help continue the validation of Hive and HBD as valid forms of money, this is a job posting using HSBI with a different purpose and, thus, a different structure of payment. Let’s continue building both the community and bringing value to the Hive economy.
