Hello Foodies,

Hope everything is alright at your end. I'm happy that we are having a big festival tomorrow this is why we are deep cleaning our houses and buying animals to slaughter this Eid. Its must for everyone who is capable to buy an animal and sacrifice on this event in our religion. If one is not capable then they can celebrate the Eid like any other event because capable people tends to send a portion of meat to their homes. Its a great and amazing event which is celebrated by all Muslims throughout the world.

I have no such recipe relevant to Eid festival which belongs to meat so I'm sharing the one I recorded already. It is a lychee iced tea and I used green tea leaves by Lipton. I like its flavour though I'm not fond of any tea so I turned the random tea into an Ice tea with a seasonal fruit Lychee. I enjoyed making this one and give it to my hubby for tasting. He liked it too.

Its an Ice tea with a seasonal fruit lychee while you can use any other fruit do you like the most. I'm sure it will be turned out good with any other fruit too. Its like a fusion of tea, ice, and fruit. This combo is healthy too so feel free to drink it.

Let's get started with recipe:

⚡️ Ingredients:

NameQuantity
Green Tea1tbsp
Sugar2tbsp
Lychee3-4 PC
Water1 glass
Basil seeds1tbsp
Ice cubesas per liking

💫 Method:

  1. Soak the basil seeds and set aside

  2. Prepare a lychee juice by removing seeds from lychee

  3. Add seedless lychee and water to the blender and blend well

  4. Prepare a green tea. Add green tea leaves and sugar along with 1 glass of water and let it cook until colour changed

  5. Let the tea cool down first then put in the fridge for some time

  6. Now take a glass, add ice cubes as per your liking

  7. Pour cold green tea first then lychee juice

  8. Add soaked basil seeds too and give it a good mix

Enjoy❣️
